Why Verify?

A supplier's profile is what they want you to see

China has tens of thousands of manufacturers — and not all of them are what they claim. A supplier might say they're an OEM with 10 years' experience, have ISO certification, and export to Europe. Our job is to verify what's true, what's exaggerated, and what's fabricated — before you sign a contract or send a deposit.

We're independent. We don't get a commission from the factory. Our only incentive is to give you the truth about a supplier's capability, capacity, and compliance — so you can make an informed decision.

What We Check

8 verification dimensions, one clear report

Every verification covers these eight areas. You get a documented report you can share with partners, retailers, or your own team.

Verify the supplier's legal status, business scope, registered capital, and whether they're a trading company or a genuine manufacturer.

Production Capacity

On-site assessment of production lines, equipment, workforce size, and monthly output capacity against your order volume.

Quality Systems

Review of incoming material checks, in-process QC, final inspection procedures, and quality management system (ISO 9001, etc.).

Financial Stability

Assessment of payment terms offered, credit references, and any public records of disputes or legal issues.

Certifications & Compliance

What We've Found

Common red flags we catch before you commit

These are real issues we've uncovered in verification projects. Catching them early saves tens of thousands of dollars.

"Manufacturer" is actually a trading company

Supplier claims to be a factory but is actually a trading company with no production. We verify the business scope on the license and confirm with an on-site visit.

Expired or fake certifications

CE, FCC, or ISO certificates that are expired, doctored, or issued by uncredited agencies. We verify every certificate with the issuing body.

Capacity overstated by 3×

Supplier claims they can produce 50,000 units/month but their actual capacity is 15,000. We assess equipment, workforce, and shift patterns on-site.

Prior quality disputes

Supplier has a pattern of quality disputes with prior clients but doesn't disclose them. We check references and public dispute records.
