Answers to the questions we hear most from new clients — from process and pricing to quality and shipping.
Sourcing and sampling typically take 7–10 business days. Sample shipping adds 3–7 days. Production lead time is 30–50 days depending on product and volume. Shipping adds 15–40 days by sea, 3–7 days by air. Total typical timeline: 60–90 days from RFQ to your warehouse.
No. With video factory tours, sample deliveries, and inspection reports, most of our clients never visit. If you want to visit, we can arrange factory tours and accompany you — but it's not required to source successfully.
We charge a transparent service fee on top of the factory price. You see the factory price, our fee, and every line item. No hidden margins, no kickbacks from factories. Some clients prefer a monthly retainer; others prefer per-project pricing. We'll recommend what fits your volume.
MOQ depends on the product and factory. For standard products, MOQs range from 100–500 units. For OEM/custom products, MOQs are typically 500–1000 units. We always negotiate MOQ on your behalf and can sometimes split production across orders to reduce first-order risk.
We don't. That's why we inspect before shipment. If a quality issue is found during pre-shipment inspection, we help you negotiate a corrective action plan with the factory before the goods leave. If you skip inspection, quality issues become much more expensive to resolve after arrival.
Yes. In fact, most of our clients are first- or second-time importers. We guide you through the entire process — including customs, duties, and delivery to your door. You don't need to know shipping terms or Incoterms; we handle that.
We ship to 40+ countries. Most clients are in the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to many destinations — meaning you don't deal with customs or duties; the goods arrive at your door.
As much as you have. At minimum: product description, target price range, order quantity, and timeline. If you have photos, drawings, or links — even better. If you're not sure about specs, we can help you figure them out as part of the sourcing process.
Send us a message and we'll answer honestly — whether we're the right fit or not.
